at Robert Half in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading Boise-area organization to identify an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity. If you're a payroll professional who thrives on accuracy, problem-solving, and keeping payroll running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. What You'll Do + Process and audit U.S. and Canadian payroll + Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies + Manage adjustments, reporting, reconciliations, taxes, and compliance + Partner with ADP and internal teams on payroll processing and garnishments + Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency Requirements 3+ years of payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, auditing, and controls Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills English & Spanish fluency required; Portuguese a plus Experience with ADP Vantage, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG , or similar systems preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
