Job Description

Essential Functions:
Accumulate payroll data from various departments and calculate hours worked when needed Create payroll account codes and track Review payroll data for accuracy, verify entered payroll data, and transmit payroll Communicate with managers and resolve missed hour tracking and individual payroll issues Review, update, and confirm employee change requests Manage paid time off and leave tracking Terminate employees in the payroll system Audit benefit provider premiums collected and remittances paid Comply with federal, state, and local withholding requirements Process garnishments and other required deductions Maintain timeclock users in the time and attendance software Provide leadership with requested reporting and general ledger input Partner regularly with management and Human Resources to ensure efficient employee pay processing

Education & Experience:
A minimum of a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent or an Associate's degree preferred 3+ years of successful payroll processing experience Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG/Kronos, SAP, TandemHR, or similar) Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems•Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
Physical Demands:
Stand or sit for long periods of time Travel as needed
Compensation:
$24.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday (6:00am•5:00pm) Tuesday•Friday (7:30am-11:30am)
