Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Implementation Project Coordinator to support a large global payroll transformation initiative for one of our end clients. This individual will play a key role in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder activities related to a payroll implementation effort, with a primary focus on Germany payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting payroll implementations, payroll transitions, or HR system deployments and will serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing action items and risks, coordinating meetings, supporting testing and validation efforts, documenting requirements, and ensuring project deliverables remain on schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes in Germany and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced global environment. Experience with Switzerland payroll implementations and broader HR system implementation projects is highly desirable. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 4+ years of experience supporting Payroll Implementation, Payroll Transformation, or Payroll Transition projects.
- Hands-on experience managing project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Prior experience supporting a payroll implementation or payroll vendor transition for Germany payroll operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll data, payroll compliance, and payroll operations within Germany.
- Experience coordinating activities across Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating project meetings, tracking action items, documenting requirements, and escalating project risks/issues.
- Experience working with payroll and/or HR systems such as SAP, Workday, ADP, Strada, SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project tracking or ticketing tools (Jira preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project-related reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting payroll implementations in Switzerland.
- Experience with HRIS, HCM, or HR System Implementations.
- Experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments.
- Data migration, testing, validation, or UAT experience.
- Experience with process improvement, change management, or operational readiness activities.
