Payroll Specialist:
Process accurate and timely payroll for both union and non-union employees across multiple locations. Administer union payroll, including contract wage rates, fringe benefits, union dues, and benefit fund contributions. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, prevailing wage requirements, and payroll regulations. Prepare certified payroll reports and support related audits and compliance reporting. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining accurate payroll records. Qualifications for the
