Having a trusted reputation doing business we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are looking for Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
Responsibilities:
Accurate Payroll Processing :
You'll take charge of processing employee payroll on scheduled dates, ensuring timely and correct payments .Monitor Time Reporting :
Proactively monitor our electronic time reporting system to prevent errors and work with managers to address any issues.Resolve Payroll Inquiries:
Be the go-to person for employees, answering their payroll related questions and resolving any concerns with professionalism and accuracy.Bonus & Commission Payouts:
You'll manage bonus and commission payouts, ensuring everything is handled promptly and correctly.Generate Payroll Reports:
Prepare and maintain important payroll reports for internal use and compliance.Employee Benefits and Union Payments:
Process invoices related to employee benefits and union employee fund payments.QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll, ADP Workforce Now a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
