Two (2) Weeks (Temporary Assignment) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, temporary professional to support a short-term data review project within our payroll and timekeeping system. This role will focus on reviewing, validating, and reconciling employee time and payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance. The assignment is expected to last approximately two weeks.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Review employee timekeeping and payroll data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors in time and pay records Compare timekeeping data against payroll outputs and supporting documentation Document findings and clearly communicate issues or trends to the Payroll/HR team Assist with data cleanup and corrections as directed Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information Adhere to established internal controls, processes, and timelines Required Qualifications Prior experience working with payroll and/or timekeeping systems Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or trends Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet short-term deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping platforms (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday, Kronos, Paychex, or similar) Previous experience in payroll audits, data validation, or compliance reviews Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
