Job Description

Lauterbach & Amen is a well-established CPA firm specializing in accounting, auditing and advisory services. The firm is a recognized leader in the accounting industry and has grown continuously over the past twenty years. With our roots in governmental accounting, we have continued to develop additional specialties to meet the needs of a diverse, strong and growing client base. We are searching for a full-time Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services team. This role will be based at our office in Naperville, IL. To show our dedication to balance, our starting paid time off benefit is 4 weeks. Lauterbach & Amen is committed to offering compensation that is fair, transparent, and competitive. The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000, with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy, offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time Essential job duties: Partner with leadership to assess current client payroll structures and existing systems to support transition to isolved platform Participate in isolved implementation meetings, contributing to timelines, requirement, and configuration Plan, organize, and lead payroll-related projects, to ensure proper integration for new and existing clients Support the integration and consolidation of payroll functions across departments, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Assist and lead the onboarding of new clients into the isolved platform.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is highly preferred Three to ten years of payroll bureau experience with a mixture of processinga nd implementation/onboarding experience. isolved experience is required Strong verbal & written communication abilities with various levels of management & clients Desire to work in a team environment Ability to multitask, establish priorities & organize efficiently Highly motivated, self-starter, and strong attention to detail EOE/M/F/D/V/SO
