Equinix are looking for a professional and driven Senior Payroll Specialist, working with the EMEA Payroll team with sole ownership of multiple EMEA countries.
We are looking for someone with experience managing an end-to-end payroll process for multiple payrolls within a large pan European team. You are dedicated, resourceful, have a customer-service mentality. You demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions. You possess solid organizational and communication skills and you have proven experience of being able to handle competing priorities daily.

Role responsibilities:
Ownership of the end to end payroll process for multiple country payrolls to ensure accurate results and statutory complianceLiaise with external payroll vendorsResponsible for the timely and accurate payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and related benefitsManagement of year end processing and other statutory filings as they relate to payroll, payroll taxes and benefitsManagement and understanding of the treatment of Equinix Stock programmes:
Experience of payroll processing for multiple countries in medium/large organizationsHighly proficient in interpreting payroll rules and regulationsExcellent Excel skillsExcellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skillsFluency in English is essential, additional languages desirableExperience of decision making with complete ownership payroll processFlexibility and adaptability to support simultaneous business demands and deadlinesStructured/Organized/ approachPrevious experience within a pan-European environment or EMEA teamDesirable skills and experiencePrevious experience of ADP (Streamline or Celergo advantageous)Experience in processing EMEA countriesPrevious experience of Time and Attendance systems and feeds to payrollPrevious experience of payroll with integration from an HR SystemPrevious experience of WorkdayEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
