The TeamThe EMEA payroll team serves as liaison to employees and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies, as well as multi-country legislation. We manage payroll for the employees of 19 countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
ResponsibilitiesPayroll ProcessingShadows and supports other team members in payroll processing tasks including:
Preparing payroll inputsReviewing results and making adjustmentsPost payroll reportingLiaising with HR and Finance teams as requiredProject SupportAlongside payroll specialists, document payroll procedures in a standard format. Format is both in MS Word, and process flow (e.g LucidChart)Support payroll project implementations & transitionsContribute to and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across global marketsAssist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support in Time & Attendance system global implementation and roll outWhat you will learn
Final Year student or on track to graduate with Bachelor Business/Finance/AccountingProficient in Microsoft Excel Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, + other excel formulae.

Knowledge of EMEA Payroll Labour Laws & Tax RegulationsPayroll Processing Basics :
Salary computation, overtime, statutory and voluntary deductions, benefitsCompliance & Reporting :
