Union Payroll Specialist:

Process payroll across multiple unions, jurisdictions, and job sites while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements

• Manage union deductions, fringe benefits, trust fund remittances, and union benefit reporting
• Prepare certified payroll reports and maintain compliance with prevailing wage requirements
• Partner with HR, Accounting, and Operations teams to resolve payroll issues and ensure payroll accuracy
• Utilize advanced Excel and payroll systems to support reporting, audits, reconciliations, and process improvements Qualifications for the

Union Payroll Specialist:

Experience processing payroll in a union construction or similar unionized environment

• Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, union wage structures, and fringe benefit contributions
• Experience with multi-state payroll and union benefit fund reporting preferred
