Senior Payroll Specialist:

Assist leading team processing and reviewing payroll, completing checks, direct deposits, and union allocations Assist with creating, maintaining and reviews of employee information including compensation, deductions, and status changes Responsible for retirement contribution processes, including 401(k) and communicating accurate data to financial institutions and third-parties Handle employment verifications, garnishments, multi-state and local tax requirement to ensure compliance Assist with payroll tax returns and W-2s Point of contact for employees for payroll discrepancies, union benefit calculations, tax withholdings, etc. Assist with improvements to payroll processes, systems, and internal controls Assist with guidance and mentoring of payroll staff Ideal Experience for the

Senior Payroll Specialist Role:
