Compensation Starting pay:
$35.91 - $40.42 per hour. Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Key Responsibilities Responsible for processing bi-weekly and special payrolls using third party software, including salary audits and payroll deduction and accrual updates. Reviews payroll reports, identifies and corrects discrepancies, and performs edits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Subject matter expert (SME) in administering the payroll software system. Research, recommends, and implements solutions to system issues. Manages iSolved employee login issues for HR and payroll. Audits all payroll postings to the general ledger. Partners with the Human Resources department to accurately process payroll changes, including mass salary increases and employment verifications. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4-6 years of related payroll experience Previous municipal payroll experience highly preferred Direct supervisory experience is preferred Valid driver's license in good standing Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Strong analytical skills to perform numerical calculations and validate complex data Ability to establish effective working relationships, work independently, and demonstrate professionalism at all times Apply Today Follow the link to apply directly and be considered for the position.
