Compiles, audits, and tabulates employee time sheets to ensure the production and distribution of bi-weekly payroll and prepares appropriate reports to comply with paying statutory and non-statutory deductions; the focus is on records maintenance, data entry, or other details of public record.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or equivalent with previous training in record keeping and data entry specialized training preferred
- Ability to understand, memorize, retain and carry out written or oral instructions
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions and follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
