Standard Hours:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Tax Season Requirement:
Must be willing and available to work select Saturdays for overtime hours during tax season (January through April annually).Responsibilities:
Multi-Client Payroll Processing:
Accurately prepare, review, and process weekly payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clients in a timely manner.Tax Compliance & Reporting:
Oversee payroll tax obligations, ensuring proper withholding, reporting, and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. ...Issue Identification & Auditing:
Audit timecard data, wage adjustments, and client inputs for anomalies, potential labor compliance issues, or HR policy discrepancies.HR Support & Insight:
Leverage foundational HR knowledge to assist clients with employee onboarding changes, withholdings, garnishments, and payroll-related policy questions.
Client Communication:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, offering guidance and resolving payroll-related discrepancies with professionalism.Working hours:

PM Skills:
Payroll Tax Expertise:
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, quarterly/annual filings, and compliance.HR Operations Insight:
General familiarity with standard HR practices, labor law basics, wage & hour laws, and employee classification rules.Payroll Systems:
Experience with industry-standard payroll software (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, or similar platforms).
Certifications:
FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus, but not required.Education:

Demonstrated experience managing and processing full-cycle payroll (beyond simple hours entry).Multi-Client/Multi-State Exposure:
