MVP Holdings is a privately owned energy logistics company headquartered in Wichita, KS. MVP and its subsidiaries provide gathering, transportation, processing, storage, distribution, marketing and other midstream services to independent oil and natural gas producers, refiners of petroleum and products and other market participants located throughout the United states. We are currently looking for an HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, KS. The HR & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processes and providing administrative support while maintaining the upmost confidentiality of sensitive employee information. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong attention to detail and drills down to understand the 'why' when they find something off. Essential Functions Payroll- Approve bi-weekly timecards and compile benefit deduction reports in preparation for the processing of payroll.
- Reconcile monthly benefit bills and adjust to show actual coverage costs. Submitting documentation of adjustments to carrier with payment. Compiling various data for overall reporting purposes. File Management
- Compile and distribute reports as necessary. This may also include other regulatory file management as deemed appropriate, including employment law posters. Communication
- Assist with both oral and written communication to employees regarding payroll practices. This includes assisting with organizing and mailing required communication to employees' company wide as needed. Administration Support
- Confidentially input data into HRIS system, process, and compile data, along with general administrative support.
