JOB SUMMARY
Based in our Northern Kentucky Headquarters and reporting to the Director of Administration, the Payroll Administrator plays a key role in daily office operations and is responsible for completing payroll in accordance with established pay schedules. A successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented. They should also be proactive, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. This position serves as both the first point of contact for the HQ office and a vital partner to field management in supporting employees, processing payroll, and handling a wide range of administrative functions.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll Processing:
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Manage timekeeping records in accordance with Department of Labor laws. Compile, enter, and post payroll data while verifying accuracy. Responsible for resolving payroll discrepancies in a timely and reasonable manner. Record changes affecting employee wages, such as exemptions, garnishments, and insurance. Update employee information for new hires, terminations, and job changes. Produce and distribute reports as needed.
Administrative Support:
Assist with answering phones, greeting visitors, and direct inquiries as needed. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document management. Support field managers with new hire packets and onboarding materials in collaboration with Human Resources. Perform other related duties as assigned to support HQ operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) 1-2 years of general office experience, data entry, or bookkeeping Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work proactively as a self-starter and as a member of a team Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of dedicated end-to-end payroll processing experience 3-5 years of experience working in an administrative office setting Associates or higher degree, especially in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management FPC/CPP Certification Software experience with modern payroll, HRM, and/or ERP software. Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Up-to-date knowledge of Federal and State laws regarding labor, wage, and tax

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
