$60,000•$70,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Analyst for hybrid position in the Manufacturing industry. This role is essential to our financial team, ensuring our employees receive accurate and timely compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, be detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You will play a vital role in managing and processing payroll, balancing quarterly accounts, and conducting payroll investigations when necessary.Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 2. Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Utilize payroll software such as Dayforce, ADP, and Workday to automate payroll processes. 4. Conduct quarterly balances and provide reports on payroll activities. 5. Investigate and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues. 6. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information. 7. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. 8. Stay updated on federal and state payroll regulations and ensure company compliance. 9. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll procedures and policies.Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll analyst role or a similar position. 2. Proficiency in payroll software such as Dayforce, ADP, and Workday is required. 3. Experience with payroll automation and conducting payroll investigations. 4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. 6. Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 9. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
