Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees while maintaining compliance with all relevant labor and tax laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in payroll systems and accounting software, along with a comprehensive understanding of employment regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-functioning payroll operation within a diverse and inclusive organization committed to operational excellence. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic for a team centered environment. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. (read and write in English is a must) Strong Computer Skills with experience using Outlook and Excel Duties include the following: Receiving weekly time card reports from client companies and transferring them to company spreadsheet for submittal Assisting front reception with employee applications and trainings Assisting office with other various administrative tasks Comprehensive benefits package include medical benefits, Bonus', Holidays, 10 Personal days, 1 week vacation after 6 months of service, 2 weeks after 3yrs and 3 weeks after 5yrs.
