Payroll Processing Specialist - Full-Time Datapay Payroll is a locally owned Massachusetts payroll service provider seeking dedicated Payroll Processing Specialists to join our growing team. We're looking for hardworking, dependable, trustworthy, and motivated individuals who want to contribute to a successful, high‑energy organization. Candidates must be eager to learn, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a professional business environment.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8:15 AM - 4:30
PM Friday:
8:15 AM - 3:00
PM Compensation:
$25 per hour starting pay.

We're looking for an outgoing, personable team member who enjoys working with clients and takes pride in their work with attention to detail, accuracy and providing superior customer service. Key Responsibilities Process outsourced payroll for small to medium-sized businesses. Prepare and calculate employee checks, direct deposits, and taxes using in‑house payroll platform. Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service to both existing and prospective clients. Assist clients with payroll-related questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Manage client relationships with strong communication skills, and effective problem-solving. Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Use Excel‑based tools and computer systems extensively (strong computer proficiency and written/oral communication skills is essential). Job Requirements Excellent customer service skills.
Strong computer proficiency:
experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations. Strong multitasking skills Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Positive attitude and reliable attendance. Experience in payroll processing, banking, or a related field is preferred but not required.
