Position Overview The Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with duties and tasks associated with payroll.
Responsible for executing payroll related processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations. Job Functions/Responsibilities
Responsible for executing payroll related processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations. Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Runs and quality checks full cycle, bi-weekly payroll.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates employees' records by entering changes in earnings, deductions, address, direct deposit, and work location.
- Prepares payroll related reports for Finance and HR department.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Experience/Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW
- 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience required
- UltiPro experience is preferred Other Skills/Abilities

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools Compensation Salary Range
- $70,000
- $85,000 USD This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
