• Manage employee data changes, including new hires and status changes in the HRIS/payroll system.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll and onboarding.
• Review of time weekly employee time sheets for accuracy and adnce to union agreement.
• Other responsibilities and project work as assigned. What you'll need
• 1+ years of prior experience in a dedicated Payroll and/or Human Resources role.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a major Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll platform (e.g., Vista, SAP, ADP, Paychex, Workday).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management teams.
