Job Description
The purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate and timely processing and submission of payroll in compliance with federal regulations and College policies. Associate degree and three (3) years of finance or payroll experience; knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications and financial management systems. APA Professional Payroll certification preferred. Excellent Communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization.
- Knowledge of current federal/state laws and regulations as they relate to employee wages and benefits
- Demonstrated ability to test systems, troubleshoot errors, and implement effective solutions.
