As a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, Fiducial provides the financial back office infrastructure to clients, allowing them to focus on what they do best: serve their customers. Position Overview Provides administrative support to the payroll department by assisting with payroll processing, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll. 20 - 25 hours a week Essential Duties Assist with payroll processing. Review timesheets and enter payroll data. Maintain employee payroll records. Process payroll changes. Respond to payroll inquiries. Prepare payroll reports. Maintain confidentiality. Support audits and year-end processing. Perform general administrative duties. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 1-3 years administrative/payroll experience preferred. Experience with payroll software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Skills Data entry Payroll support Excel Organization Customer service Confidentiality Reporting Relationship Reports to Payroll Manager.
