Payroll Coordinator | Columbia, MD We're partnering with a respected and established organization seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their finance team in Columbia, MD. If you have experience processing high-volume, multi-state payroll and enjoy working with people across an organization, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and process semi-monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits and reconciliations
• Manage garnishments, payroll tax support, and payroll-related inquiries
• Partner closely with HR and Finance teams
• Support payroll system improvements and process enhancements

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing
• Multi-state payroll experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office
