Pure Family Fitness is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Payroll Processor & Billing Support team member to join our office.

Responsibilities include:

Processing payroll accurately and on time Reviewing employee hours, pay rates, deductions, and payroll changes Assisting with payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits deductions, and other payroll-related items Researching and correcting payroll discrepancies Assisting with member billing questions and account issues Reviewing and resolving billing discrepancies Processing account adjustments and maintaining accurate billing records Providing support to club locations with billing-related questions Maintaining confidentiality of employee, member, and company information Assisting Human Resources and management with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous payroll, billing, and administrative experience is a must Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with payroll and billing software Basic Microsoft Excel skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and problem-solving skills Paycor experience is a plus We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
