Job Description

RFGH is seeking a Payroll Clerk/Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for payroll and Human Resources functions. This position is full-time on-site Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enter, review, and verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness. Process timesheet corrections, payroll adjustments, and other routine payroll transactions. Audit timekeeping records to ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures. Maintain payroll records, files, and supporting documentation. Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Respond to routine employee questions regarding payroll, timekeeping, and pay. Support payroll tax reporting and year-end payroll processing activities. Conduct employment reference checks. Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure documentation is complete and accurately filed. Verify data entry for HR and payroll transactions. Create and distribute employee identification badges. Manage employee HRIS access, including account setup and updates. Upload and organize personnel documents within the HRIS. Provide general administrative support to HR Coordinators and assist with departmental projects and special assignments as needed.
Requirements:
Three to five (3-5) years of payroll and administrative support experience. Experience processing payroll in a medium- to large-sized healthcare organization. Experience with electronic timekeeping systems and payroll software. Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, personnel records, or benefits administration. Experience with payroll reconciliations, payroll audits, or year-end payroll activities Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, human resources, or a related field preferred , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Range:
$23.88-$36.44 per hour
