- Maintain payroll records and verify employee data changes, including earnings, benefits, garnishments, and tax elections, within the payroll system.
- Support payroll-related process updates or system-related changes when needed, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations.
- Reconcile payroll reports, earnings summaries, and tax-related records to support accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll processing issues in a thorough and attentive manner.
- Use ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll activities, review calculations, and resolve discrepancies before final submission.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and apply updates to payroll practices as needed.
