Job Description

The Payroll Intern will support the payroll department in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This internship offers hands-on experience in payroll operations and exposure to HRIS systems, making it ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities:

Help maintain and update payroll records in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP) Participate in audits and data cleanup projects Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on cross-functional tasks Assist in reconciling payroll-related accounts and benefits contributions Reconcile payroll data Create and maintain Excel reports and ensure data accuracy Consolidate, analyze, and update monthly reports. Process smaller payrolls

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. At OPmobility, people truly matter.
