Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for both hourly and salaried employees on a weekly and biweekly basis.
• Ensure accurate data entry and job costing for payroll records.
• Handle payroll for employees across multiple states, adhering to relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with Paycor to manage garnishments and taxes efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with the preparation of payroll-related documentation and reports as required.
• Support internal audits by providing necessary payroll data and records.
