Job Description
Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their friendly payroll service team in beautiful downtown Lebanon, NH (100% on-site) . If you're detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or within a small team, this role might be a great fit for you. As a Payroll Administrator, you will process client payrolls across various pay cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while providing excellent customer service. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and knowledge of payroll processes, deductions, and payroll software (Thompson Reuters experience is a plus). This position offers the opportunity to grow into a permanent role for the right candidate, with typical hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
