We are recruiting for a Full-Time Payroll Administrator to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is benefit eligible.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Payroll Administrator for our hospital, outpatient, and Medical Day Care facilities is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This role involves managing timekeeping records, coordinating with HR and department managers, ensuing compliance standards within state and federal regulations, and maintaining confidentiality. The position plays a critical role in supporting staff satisfaction and retention by ensuing timely and accurate compensation.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer end-to-end payroll for staff through Payroll Processing System, using current HRIS system Receives, sorts, and distributes payroll checks, pay stubs and other processes related to Ensure accurate payroll data through collaboration with leadership on new hires, terminations, and changes Communicate with company leadership to ensure accuracy and integrity of the payroll data including new hires, terminations, changes, and assist with any updates/corrections, as necessary Resolve payroll-related employee and manager inquiries, including PTO, taxes, garnishments, and direct deposits Maintain payroll records, generate required reports and conduct payroll audits Conduct payroll orientation for new hires, including time clock training and management Train and advise leadership on payroll policies and best practices Handle wage verifications Stay current with federal and state payroll regulations and implement changes as needed. Lead various payroll projects and system enhancements, contributing to cross functional initiative and continuous improvement efforts Reconcile benefit invoices Collaborate with NJ division Payroll Coordinators to improve workflows and provide backup support when needed Maintain ACA compliance Support the Human Resources Department in projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll and employee information Perform additional duties as needed in support of department and organizational goalsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience preferred Experience in a healthcare environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Products Strong technological skillsAbout Us:
