Job Description
A growing, publicly traded life sciences organization in Morris County is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join its Accounting and Finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a payroll professional who wants to take ownership of payroll operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while gaining exposure to both U.S. and international payroll.
The organization is expanding globally and looking for someone who can help build scalable payroll processes, partner closely with HR and Finance, and ultimately become the go-to payroll resource for the business.
What You'll DoOwn end-to-end payroll processing for a growing employee populationManage semi-monthly payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate processingCoordinate payroll activities across multiple countries and external payroll providersSupport employees in the U.S., U.K., Australia, and other international locations as the company expandsEnsure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and payroll tax requirementsReview payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefit deductions, and leave activityResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesPartner with HR and Finance to maintain payroll data integrity across systemsAssist with payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and process improvementsCross-train within accounting operations to support broader team initiatives
