Payroll Coordinator:

Predictable, full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 100% on-site. Opportunity to support operations at an industry-leading, global energy facility. What's a typical day as a Payroll Coordinator? You'll be: Serving as the key site contact for personnel administration, processing global smart forms, and managing system updates for all employee moves. Maintaining the IPTS payroll database and partnering closely with Data Management and Payroll groups on personnel records and SHARP inquiries. Managing essential administrative and organizational functions, including timekeeping, Career Connect employee record updates, training system profiles, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) maintenance. Executing SAP administrative tasks and ensuring the plant's PSIMS2 catalog remains accurate and up to date. Initiating and stewarding periodic reviews of company-required documentation for system processes and procedures through to closure, following up with stakeholders to ensure target dates are met. Acting as the site contact for the Culture of Health initiative, coordinating health and wellness programs such as Biometric Screenings. Occasionally visiting the manufacturing floor as needed (safety toe shoes required; all other PPE provided). This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Possess a High School Diploma (required). Have demonstrated proficiency working with SAP. Bring mid-level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage pivot tables. Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and possess strong organizational skills. Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities. Are comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday in an industrial plant environment.
