We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple locations and states. This position will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to employees and managers.

CareersSearch Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for multiple locations and states, including regular hours, overtime, PTO, bonuses, deductions, and payroll adjustments. Review and reconcile timekeeping and payroll data to ensure accuracy prior to payroll submission. Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, tax elections, direct deposits, and deductions. Process garnishments, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related transactions. Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations, audits, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities. Respond professionally and timely to employee and management payroll inquiries. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information. Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience , preferably supporting a multi-state workforce. Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems; strong Excel skills a must. Working knowledge of federal and state payroll requirements. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
