Job Description
Full-time, 35-hour work week Fantastic benefits including generous PTO! KRG is eager to help a Buffalo-based non-profit find a full-time Payroll Administrator responsible for full-cycle payroll processing, benefits administration, employee leave management, and workers` compensation coordination across multiple entities. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with federal and state regulations, and exceptional employee support. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule for multiple entities Administer employee benefits, enrollments, deductions, and life event changes through ADP Workforce Now Manage FMLA, Paid Family Leave, short-term disability, workers` compensation, and related compliance Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, ACH transactions, and audit documentation Ensure compliance with payroll tax, wage and hour, ACA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements Reconcile benefit invoices and coordinate with carriers Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Support annual open enrollment and employee compensation reporting Train employees and supervisors on ADP Workforce Now time and attendance Job Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience required High School diploma required Associate degree and CPP certification preferred Multi-entity payroll experience Strong knowledge of payroll laws, benefits administration, and leave regulations Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Key Resource Group, LLC considers applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship, veteran status, gender expression and/or identity, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local laws.
