Great Compensation Job Security About Our Client I'm working on behalf of a well-established construction-related organization in the West Seneca, NY area that is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its team. Job Description Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Onboard new employees and complete required government reporting Maintain employee payroll and personnel records Review and audit timecards for accuracy and compliance Administer direct deposits and payroll check distribution Handle federal and state payroll tax deposits Prepare quarterly and annual government reporting Complete year-end W-2 and ACA reporting Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
