Job Description:
Excelforce is hiring an experienced Payroll & Timekeeping Specialist to support clients using UKG Ready. Direct UKG Ready payroll and timekeeping experience is required. Candidates without hands-on UKG Ready experience are unlikely to be a fit. This role requires daily, hands-on payroll and timekeeping work directly within UKG Ready. Candidates should have experience actively processing payroll, troubleshooting timekeeping issues, reviewing accruals, handling corrections, and resolving payroll-impacting issues directly within the platform. Candidates should also be comfortable troubleshooting items such as missed punches, pay rule issues, shift differentials, scheduling conflicts, accrual balance discrepancies, and other payroll-impacting timekeeping errors. Experience limited to payroll approvals, viewing reports, employee self-service usage, or supporting payroll indirectly is not sufficient for this role. This role is best suited for candidates who have supported multiple external client accounts in a payroll provider, HRIS support, HCM support, payroll service, or HR technology support environment. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands payroll and timekeeping, can solve problems independently, and takes ownership of client accounts. Responsibilities Process payroll for assigned clients Handle payroll and timekeeping issues and corrections Troubleshoot directly within UKG Ready Review payroll data for accuracy Own assigned accounts and follow through to resolution Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience in UKG Ready, required Strong hands-on experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, accruals, payroll corrections, payroll audits, and troubleshooting payroll-impacting issues directly within UKG Ready Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong ownership and accountability Professional and dependable Direct experience supporting multiple external client accounts in a payroll provider, HRIS support, HCM support, payroll service, or HR technology support environment is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting payroll right and enjoys solving client problems in a fast-paced environment.
