Job Description
Our client is a prestigious Financial Services firm in Manhattan. Ensure the processing of multi-state payroll for 1,000+ employees in the US Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely Maintain and audit payroll information through collecting, calculating, entering, and uploading data Update payroll records, entering changes in exemptions, deductions, employment status, and department/division transfers Recommend ways to improve and automate payroll processes Prepare reports, compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
Core Competencies:
6+ years of experience in end to end multi state payroll processing Bachelor's degree is required Workday The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. #
