Our internship program gives students a chance to meet new people, gain more experience, and learn from the best in the business! Our interns are treated like full-time Partners who work 40 hours a week during the 3-month summer program, are compensated, and based out of headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio. The Payroll Intern will assist in the management and administration of payroll process including .
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in regular audits of payroll data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in reviewing and transcribing Payroll Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clarity and consistency. Support the management of timecard exceptions, including missed punches and hours worked below the required threshold (e.g., under 76 hours). Monitor and respond to payroll-related inquiries submitted through the internal ticketing system. Analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies, trends, or areas for improvement. QualificationsSKILLS REQUIRED
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools. Self-Motivated and Collaborative
