Senior Payroll Specialist Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000

Benefits:

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Fully On-site Our client is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their accounting team. This role will handle payroll processing across multiple entities while supporting payroll accounting, reconciliations, and other accounting functions. Process payroll for multiple legal entities Handle both U.S. and international payroll processing Process weekly and biweekly payrolls Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries Reconcile payroll accrual and related General Ledger accounts Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Support payroll reporting and other accounting-related tasks as needed Work closely with internal teams to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll experience Experience processing payroll for multiple entities preferred Experience with both U.S. and international payroll is a plus Strong understanding of payroll accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Excel and accounting software Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
