• 80,000 We're partnering with a well-established construction organization seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction payroll experience who understands union environments, certified payroll, and the importance of accuracy and deadlines. Compensation & Benefits $70,000
• 80,000 salary Medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and holidays 401(k) and additional company benefits Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees from timekeeping through final processing Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for construction projects Interpret union agreements, wage rates, benefit requirements, and prevailing-wage requirements Review timecards, calculate wages and deductions, reconcile payroll, and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate payroll records and support payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processes Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience Construction payroll experience strongly preferred Union and certified payroll experience required Timing is everything.
