This position will also serve as a backup to the Payroll Specialist and assist with U.S., Canadian, and U.K. payroll. Responsibilities- Payroll Coordinator Enter new hires and employee changes into payroll, timekeeping, expense management, and other systems The Payroll Coordinator will review timesheets and assist with identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies Serve as backup to the Payroll Specialist and assist with U.S., Canadian, and U.K. payroll processing Assist with benefit vendor file feeds and ensure accurate payroll deductions Process unemployment notices, tax withholding, child support orders, and other garnishments The Payroll Coordinator will prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports to Finance, Human Resources, and department leaders The Payroll Coordinator will respond to employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely manner Support the corporate credit card program and assist with employee setup and issue resolution in Concur Qualifications- Payroll Coordinator 1-3 years of payroll experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered General knowledge of multi-state payroll, employment regulations, and income tax laws ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment EB-1511086269
