Stable organization with a collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to partner with payroll and HR leadership Role offering exposure to payroll operations, reporting, and process improvements Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee support Payroll Specialist Responsibilities Process multi-state payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations. The Payroll Specialist will maintain employee records and support timekeeping processes within ADP Workforce Now. Process payroll adjustments, garnishments, tax documents, and other payroll-related transactions. Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and month-end payroll documentation. The Payroll Specialist will support new hire onboarding and payroll-related HR activities. Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely, professional support. The Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications for Payroll Specialist Role 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax requirements, and employment regulations. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. EB-8580573657
