On-Site Pay:
$23/hour- $31/hour (Based on experience) Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania

- is immediately hiring for a Payroll Specialist.
Payroll Specialist:
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum five years' experience. FPC or CPP certification preferred. Experience with electronic time and attendance required Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local Tax Regulations. Proficiency in computer operations. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include spreadsheet development and data analysis functionalities. Efficient management of digital files and databases. Experience with cloud-based collaborative tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) preferred. Possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail. Have a collaborative mindset with strong teamwork capabilities, the ability to think critically, a commitment to professional growth as a curious and continuous learner, and the negotiation and persuasive skills necessary to influence key stakeholders and drive business outcomes. Demonstrates strong time management skills by effectively prioritizing tasks, managing competing demands, and consistently meeting deadlines as assigned.
