  • Construction Operations Philadelphia, PA | 100% On-Site Key responsibilities include: Provide billing support, including data entry and preparation of supporting documentation Assist with AIA billing documentation and related construction billing processes Prepare, track, and maintain lien waivers Set up new customers and jobs within Sage Maintain organized project, billing, payroll, and administrative files Support document management and ensure records are accurate and easily accessible Enter and maintain payroll information for a workforce of approximately 70-110 employees Assist with administrative tasks related to union payroll Work closely with internal teams to gather information, resolve documentation issues, and keep processes on schedule Provide additional administrative and operational support as the corporate team continues to grow What We're Looking For 2+ years of administrative experience Construction, contracting, engineering, manufacturing, or another project-driven industry background strongly preferred Experience supporting billing, payroll, accounting, or project administration is highly desirable AIA billing experience is a plus Sage experience is a plus Exposure to union payroll is helpful Comfortable working in a paperwork•and documentation-heavy environment Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
