Payroll Specialist - Hybrid (2 days Onsite)

Job DescriptionJob Description The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting end to end payroll operations in a fast paced, high volume environment. This role will process multi country payrolls, ensure accuracy and compliance with international payroll regulations, and maintain data integrity within a large enterprise payroll system (ERP). The specialist will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners to resolve discrepancies and deliver timely, accurate pay to employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volume payroll cycles accurately and on schedule . Maintain and audit employee payroll data within a large-scale ERP payroll system Verify, reconcile, and balance payroll records, tax filings, and earnings/deductions. Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution in collaboration with cross functional teams. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international payroll laws and company policies. Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end payroll activities. Assist with audits, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in high volume payroll processing. International payroll experience required. Proficiency with large payroll ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
