We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll Specialist to lead and manage all payroll for utility companies facing emergencies and power outages. They will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing; while supporting and assisting the rest of the corporate team. \n

Responsibilities:

Perform daily sales postings and reconcile sales transactions Verify and upload accounts payable invoices into our accounting system Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy Process payroll efficiently and accurately, including handling garnishments Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and completeness Collaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goals Handle sensitive financial and payroll information with confidentiality Assisting with any additional duties needed

Qualifications:
