Job Description:

Payroll Administrator - Boston, MA (HYBRID) A Boston based media company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role will own day-to-day payroll operations and play a key part in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while partnering closely with HR and Finance.

Salary:

$75,000 - $90,000 base What You'll Do Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll using UKG Pro Review and audit timekeeping data in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) , including overtime, PTO, and pay adjustments Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and garnishments Handle off-cycle payments, bonuses, and payroll corrections Maintain payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Support year-end payroll activities and audits Respond to employee payroll questions and provide clear guidance Partner with HR and Finance to maintain accurate payroll data and workflows

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll processing experience

Required:
