Payroll Analyst

Experteer Overview As a Payroll Analyst you will support end-to-end US payroll and assist with monthly Canada payroll under the Payroll Manager. You will audit data, perform reconciliations, and ensure multi-state tax compliance in a deadline-driven environment. You'll collaborate with Finance and Human Capital to coordinate resources and identify improvements to increase efficiency. This role offers meaningful work in a dynamic, multinational setting with a strong focus on accuracy and service.

Compensation / Benefits

• Support end-to-end US payroll and assist with monthly Canada payroll under Payroll Manager
• Audit and reconcile HR and Payroll data for accuracy
• Prepare payroll reports and ad hoc analyses
• Ensure multi-state payroll tax compliance and manage tax-related inquiries
• Maintain employee records and deductions
• Develop and document standard procedures for compliance and processes
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Capital partners and provide excellent customer service
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and quality Tasks
• 4+ years of payroll experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of payroll tax requirements across multiple states, including reciprocity rules and local jurisdictions
• UKG Payroll software and Workday experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel Key requirements
