Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Salary:
$85,000–$105,000 per year We are seeking an experienced Lead Payroll Technical Analyst to join a Payroll Department supporting a large-scale Oracle HCM Payroll implementation . This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with onsite work required for the first several months, with the potential for a hybrid schedule later in the year. This role will play a critical part during the implementation phase and will transition into a Payroll Analyst position once the system is fully live. Key Responsibilities Provide functional and technical payroll support during the implementation of enterprise HCM/ERP solutions (Oracle HCM preferred) Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams Support system configuration, testing, validation, and payroll parallel runs Ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Analyze payroll data flows and identify opportunities for process improvement Develop and maintain payroll reports; support ad hoc reporting and audits Lead and manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional initiatives Assist with ongoing payroll system support post-implementation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Bookkeeping, or a related field (required) Minimum of 10 years of experience working with centralized, automated payroll systems or related financial/accounting environments Strong experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and ERP implementations (highly preferred) Experience with UKG timekeeping systems and Lawson ERP solutions is a plus Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of SQL is highly preferred American Payroll Association (APA) certification is desirable Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed EB-6209517475
